The scope of new works include concept and detailed design of new buildings like 02
Nos. 200 Bedded Girls Hostel, 4 No. School Buildings, Lecture Theatre Complex,
School of Molecular Medicines, Student Cultural Centre, Yoga Hall and Inter Hall
Administration.

The scope of renovation works include concept and detailed design of 100 classrooms, tutorials, committee rooms, seminar rooms, audio visual labs, 3 Auditorium, 2 Nos. Guest Houses, Cyber Library and Reading Hall, City Centre and USIC & CIF Buildings. The scope of upgradation of infrastructure works include internal roads, substations, addition of DG sets, internal electrical works, fire protection system, Fire alarm system and signage and provision of air-conditioning in several buildings. All the three works are from concept stage to completion including tendering process and supervision during construction. The above is the first phase of activity estimated @ 32 crores. The Second Phase of activities to start from March 2007 is projected at 100 crores. Construction of third phase in progress.
