Preparation of Concept Design, Design Development to incorporate comments and observations, Detailed Architectural and Structural designs including designs and coordination of all building related services such as Electrical, Plumbing & Water Supply, Fire Detection & Suppression, HVAC, Green Building, Security & Monitoring System, Telephone, Lifts, Landscape, Recreation and Signage. Scope includes preparation of design, BOQ, Specifications, Estimate, Statutory Compliances, Site supervision and preparation of as-built drawings.
